Our Chicken Biryani is a love letter to the royal kitchens of the subcontinent — fragrant long-grain basmati rice, tender marinated Halal chicken, saffron-infused milk, fried onions and a careful blend of whole spices, all layered and dum-cooked to perfection. Biryani is the crown jewel of Pakistani rice dishes and at Chenab we never cut corners. The chicken is marinated in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste and whole-spice masala, then layered with par-cooked basmati, saffron, kewra and crispy birista (fried onions). Sealed and finished on dum — slow steam.

Each plate brings distinct grains of rice, deeply spiced chicken and pockets of saffron aroma in every bite. Add a side of our house raita and a green salad to round out one of Edmonton's most authentic biryani experiences.
